Student Support

Elementary Student Support Specialist

Under the leadership of the Principal and with support from the District Student and Family Services Specialist, the Elementary Student Support Specialist (ESSS) helps foster students' personal, social, and academic growth. This role provides targeted guidance, consultation, and educational services to ensure students achieve success in all areas of their development.

 CSU Fullerton: BA Communicative Disorders

ESSS:

  • Provides individual support for students with behavioral concerns.
  • Collaborates with parents, teachers, administrators, and community resources to address behavioral needs.
  • Implements and monitors PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) and tracks student progress.
